One of the study says 85% of graduates are unemployable in India. To break through this, apart from giving the scholarship to students we also help them to become employable through our ‘First Penguin Club’ initiative.
We gave skill-based training for 10 weekends with the help of volunteers from corporates. For the final session, we took them to corporate to assess their skills. We rewarded with certificates and medals after the assessment.

We did much more in October-2017. Here is the gist of the important activities that we did in October-2017.
Diwali For All
Not everyone celebrates Diwali. We decided to change that by gifting a new dress for Diwali through our ‘Diwali for All’ initiative.
This year, we gave dresses to 702 kids and adults.
The beneficiary includes parentless kids, single-parented kids, financially poor kids, kids with cancer, homeless people, widows, visually challenged and Mentally Challenged people.

With the aim to engage our students in various activities, we gave them sports materials such as chess, carrom, shuttle and much more. Volunteers will be training them in such activities during weekends.
