Financial  Literacy 

You can help one college student learn basic financial concepts in this virtual volunteering opportunity.

 

You have to do 13 phone call sessions in 20 days. Each session will be for 45 mins. We will share the curriculum as a handbook.

 

The curriculum will contain simple finance concepts like Budgeting, Savings, and much more.

Time Commitment

When you signup for this program, you have to attend the orientation and give a confirmation, we will tag you with 1 student to teach.


You will get 20 days time and you need to complete 13 sessions over a phone call. Each session is only 45 mins and you can do only 1 session a day.


You can choose any day between the program time period and any mutually convenient time (6AM IST to 9.30 PM IST) between you and the student for the call.

We suggest you to call at 7 PM IST every day. In case if you are busy on some of the days, you can fix a convenient time after speaking with your beneficiary and finish the calls.

Yes. We will do an orientation to explain the complete process. We will also tag you with a student and will be sharing the curriculum as handbook.

What is an Orientation?

Orientation is an online webinar that we conduct to explain the activity in detail to the volunteers. We also address the queries of volunteers during it.

Is it mandatory to attend the orientation?

Yes, it is mandatory to attend the orientation to be part of this activity.

What is a handbook?
