Kovardhini, Student

Through Team Everest training courses, I built my communication skills. Also, I learned how to crack an interview and how to speak confidently.  I developed a career plan with guidance
from my Team Everest mentor.

I got a job offer from one of the top finance companies.

Vaishnavi, Student

Though students like me intend to learn, we unfortunately can't afford such skills-development training courses. That's where Team Everest's courses became my turning point.

I want to thank Team Everest and their mentors for helping me get multiple job offers.

About the Cause

  • What are the various programs available?

Some of our Mentoring programs include: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Goal Setting, Basic Project Management for Students, and more. We regularly introduce new programs to address skill gaps among college students.

  • Who are the beneficiaries?

We work with college students who are financially poor. Some students are parentless. Some are single-parent. Many are first-generation graduates. Most of them cannot afford skills training outside college.

  • Is this program free for students?

Yes. Students attend these programs completely free of cost. Donors like you cover the cost of the training program.

  • What are the benefits to students attending these training programs?

    1. They learn practical skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking, which are not usually taught in a regular college curriculum.

    2. Students improve their communication skills and confidence through regular conversations with working professionals or mentors with work experience.

    3. These skills help students perform better in job interviews and increase their chances of being hired.
