Help college girls build the confidence they need for real interviews.

We will connect you with a group of college girls.

You will conduct group and one-to-one virtual sessions over a period of 12 days. You will take mock interviews, share clear feedback, and review each student’s career plan as part of the program.

We will give you a Volunteer Handbook with topics.

Time Commitment

You will need to commit around 6 to 7 hours in 12 days to complete all the required sessions. Detailed explanation will be given to you in the orientation.

Who can volunteer?

Tamil Speaking Graduates with Work Experience can volunteer.

I don’t have experience conducting interviews. Can I still volunteer?

Yes. We will provide a detailed Volunteer Handbook and conduct an orientation to guide you through the sessions.

How many students will I teach?

You will teach a group of 2 to 7 students.

How many sessions will I conduct?

We will explain the sessions plan in detail in orientation.

What skills do I need to volunteer?

No specific skills are required. We will guide you with an orientation.
